  • How long is the processing time for custom orders?

All custom orders have a processing time of 3 to 5 days, depending on the ordered item. We do offering express processing with next-day delivery at extra costs.

  • There is an error on my custom order, what do I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you received is different from the order. Please contact our customer support to send back the item for a replacement at no additional costs.

  • Do you accept one single custom order?

Yes, we do! In case you order more than 10, please contact us to get a discounted price.

  • How long does shipping usually take?

Standard shipping takes from 2 to 3 business days. If you are in a rush, we do offer next-day delivery.

At GemWed, what matters the most to us is your complete enjoyment of the gifts. To make sure of it, we will send a mockup of the order for your approval before processing. And if there is still something wrong with the gift, do let us know! We will be happy to exchange the gift or give you a full refund. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

How To Return & Refund

1. Submit a return request in My Orders or Contact Us to Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for return and photographs for verification.

2. Once we have approved your request, you will be sent a return form which needs to be included with your return. Please send your item(s) using local post within 14 days from receiving the return form.

3. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.

4. Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.

* The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with the original tags attached. We cannot process the return of any faulty item. Please keep the receipt with tracking information
